"Rewards came through, but the wait felt avoidable"
I did get my rewards in the end, so that part worked fine. It just took a bit longer than I expected, which felt kind of avoidable. Not a huge issue, but a faster process would’ve made the experience better

My order from kirklands.com showed up in perfect shape. The box was sturdy and everything was wrapped really well, so there were no chips or scratches. I was relieved since it was a decor piece, and damage like that feels totally avoidable when things are packed properly.

I ordered a wall mirror from Kirkland's, and it showed up looking pretty much just like the photos online. The color and size were what I expected, so there weren’t any weird surprises when I opened it up.

I’ve ordered from Kirkland's quite a few times now and, honestly... I’ve never really had any strange issues. The website is easy enough to get around, the prices feel fair, and the items usually look like what I expected from the photos. I guess I just trust them more than some other home decor places, because my stuff has always shown up packed well and on time. So yeah... it’s just a solid place to shop

"Cute Finds, If You Can Actually Get Them"
I really do like Kirkland's and I’ve found some cute stuff there, but it feels like half the things I want are always out of stock. It’s a little frustrating having to keep checking back, especially when the items are still being shown like they’re easy to get. Just a heads up for anyone looking for home decor or a small piece of furniture: my visit to Kirkland's went smoothly. I went in looking for a small table and ended up spotting a few cute home items too. The store was clean, easy to move around in, and not overly crowded. One of the employees helped me check a price and was genuinely nice about it, which I appreciated. Checkout was quick too. Overall, I had a good experience and would shop there again.

I ordered a wall mirror from Kirkland’s and was a little unsure, mostly because the spot above my entry table doesn’t leave much room to be off. I don’t remember the exact mirror name now, but the measurements on the site matched what showed up, which was a relief.

"Super easy curbside pickup"
I ordered a couple of home decor pieces from kirklands.com and chose curbside pickup, and it was way easier than I expected because I got the pickup email quickly, drove over, parked out front, called the store, and within just a few minutes a really nice lady brought everything right out to my car, with everything packed nicely and looking just like the photos online. No hassle at all, and I’d definitely do it again.
